The Lady of the Deep Star

Sailors tell of a woman seen only during impossible seas, standing above the waves as though the ocean itself were a pedestal. Some claim she is the last daughter of an ancient sea court. Others insist she is a fallen star that learned to breathe under pressure. The oldest accounts agree on one thing: her beauty is not a gift, but a warning, because the deep is beautiful only when it is about to swallow you.

Amphibious Sovereign. The Lady of the Deep Star can breathe air and water, and she can move through a space as narrow as 10 feet wide without squeezing if it is filled with water.
Aura of Dreadful Beauty. Nonhostile creatures within 60 feet of the Lady have disadvantage on initiative rolls unless they succeed on a Wisdom saving throw.
Starfield Hide. The Lady has advantage on Dexterity saving throws made to avoid area effects, and she takes only half damage from attacks made by creatures more than 120 feet away.
Tidal Colossus. The Lady is immune to being knocked prone and can occupy spaces filled with water regardless of size.
Living Tides. If the Lady is in contact with a body of saltwater at least 10 feet deep, she can cast control water once per round without expending a spell use, affecting only a 60-foot radius around her.
Astral Caress. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 22 () bludgeoning damage plus 13 () necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn as starlight floods its senses.
Drowning Lure. Ranged Spell Attack: to hit, range 240 ft., one target. Hit: 36 () radiant damage, and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn. While charmed this way, the target's speed is reduced to 0 as it drifts toward the Lady of the Deep Star.
Black-Tide Breath. The Lady of the Deep Star exhales a tide of black water in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 () cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails is also pushed up to 30 feet away and knocked prone. The area becomes heavily obscured until the start of the Lady's next turn.
Shimmering Reproach. When a creature the Lady can see hits her with an attack, she causes the attacker to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the attacker is charmed by her until the end of its next turn, and the triggering attack deals half damage to her.
Tidal Drift. The Lady of the Deep Star moves up to half her speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Hypnotic Glimmer (Costs 2 Actions). She makes one Astral Caress attack or forces one creature she can see within 60 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn.
Abyssal Surge (Costs 3 Actions). She unleashes a surge of abyssal water in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point she can see within 120 feet. Each creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw or take 27 () bludgeoning damage, be pushed 20 feet, and fall prone. On a success, a creature takes half damage and is not pushed.
