Cloak of a Thousand Smiles
This long cloak is woven from impossibly smooth midnight silk that seems to drink in torchlight and give it back as silver stars. The hem is stitched with tiny mirrored beads that never reflect the same face twice, and the collar rises like the folded wings of a predatory swan. When the wearer moves, the fabric leaves a faint afterimage of alternate poses, grins, and identities, as if the cloak is rehearsing a performance no one else can see.
