The bronze Aqueduct Warden's Seal offers a different kind of hope. It points toward a buried civic cistern and preserves the memory of a city once organized around shared water rather than fear. Unfortunately, retrieving the cache triggers a crude alarm and exposes a ThroatSmaser symbol, warning that the gang's enforcer may return soon.
