The cache can be reached through stealth, bargaining with Sella if she still watches from the basin, defeating the Order of the Source hunting party searching nearby, or taking the dangerous route through a Glassmaw nest. Inside rests the Last Condenser, the Order's Spare Soul, a device that can make the White Lung Basin briefly survivable. Its usefulness is immediate and frightening. It may clear a path, wake the old maintenance tunnel, calm the fixed sun's flicker, or help slow magical corruption, but every repeated use gives Xaad-aaj a clearer psychic connection to the survivors.
